This small concise treatise present some basic Information which the students are expected to know at the end of their clinical training, and at the time of appearing clinical examination. This basic information is collected mainly as the bedside clinic taken by various professors including myself. This book begins with introduction, which guides the students, under which heading the students have to memorize. Secondly it explains what the student has to do in the examination. Then comes the chapters Cardio vascular, Respiratory, Gastro intestinal system and Central nervous system. In these chapters the various questions that the student has to answer and answers to these questions are also given to aid them for the clinical examination. In the final chapter what the student is expected to find the symptoms and signs on examination of the patient are given. Thus this is an invaluable book for medical students, both undergraduates and post graduates and an essential aid to clinical medicine and is an essential adjunt to a standard book of medicine.
